What the work is
Company analysis, market research, buyer and investor mapping, financial modelling and the preparation of the materials a buyer will test.
You will see every stage of a mandate, from the first assessment to the day funds are received. We look for care with detail, plain writing, and the judgement to say when something does not add up.

Full-time, London or Dubai. Analysis, modelling and transaction materials across live M&A and capital mandates.

Internship
A fixed period on live work for students and graduates, with the same standards and the same senior attention as the team.

Senior advisers
Experienced dealmakers, sector specialists and operators who want to originate and lead mandates with Shelbourne.
